Fraser Wilson
Co-Founder
Fraser is a British Chartered Surveyor and Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) with nearly 25 years of experience in the real estate sector.
Before co-founding Oakbridge Property, he worked for Savills, CBRE, ING Bank, and Dragon Capital. Originally from the United Kingdom, Fraser’s time spent living and working in numerous Asian countries positions him as an expert in conducting cross-cultural business while strategically advising clients.
Susannah Wilson
Co-Founder
Susannah started her working life with IMG Sport Management in their Events department helping to set up golf and tennis tournaments around the world. After stints at multi-national financial institutions such as GE Capital and CVC Capital Partners Susannah found her calling in Asia as a talented interior designer and stylist. Susannah has lived all over the world and has a keen sense of culture when dealing with international clients.
Rupert Provest
Head of Asia Investment
Rupert is a British Chartered Surveyor and a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) with over 20 years experience working in the United Kingdom and Asia.
Rupert spent 11 years in Indonesia and Vietnam with Savills as their Director of Agency. Rupert started his property career working for a major London Residential Agency, before advising and transacting on behalf of high net worth individuals, developing bespoke asset managed residential property portfolios.
